Shipping policy

Shipping options:

Latvian Post Office - Standard (This means that your purchase will arrive at the closest Postal Office to the address you provided. However, Post Offices are slightly different in each country, so you might need to contact your local Postal Office to see if they have your item or are they delivering it to your door)

Currently we're only shipping to Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Ireland, United Kingdom and USA (heads up - according to the changes in laws recently, there is an import tax that you will have to pay if you are ordering from the US)!

If you would like to purchase an item from Fronzi and you're in another country, please contact us on fronzilv@gmail.com and we will add the necessary country to our list :)

Just as a reminder, we make limited edition clothing, so it takes us a little while to make the particular piece for you, please give us about at least a week or two to put it together and then ship it!

Now that we're on the same page and know that it takes time to make your amazing purchase the delivery time is from 20-25 working days. (there might be some circumstances with customs that might make this process longer, but unfortunately that's out of our control)
